How to Cut Down Time at the Airport
Question: What one thing can you do that will significantly reduce the amount of time you spend at the airport?
Answer: Ship your suitcase(s) to your destination in advance of your trip.
This simple act will shave at least 2 hours off the time you spend in the terminal.
It will also eliminate the need for you to:
- Stand in line to check your luggage
AND - Waiting at the baggage carousel in baggage claim to retrieve your luggage
This won’t eliminate the need for a carryon, but it will reduce the amount of time wasted waiting in lines.
Of course, shipping your luggage will cost you money but “time is money.” I guess the question you have to ask yourself which is more valuable to you?
